WEDDING OFFICIANT & FOUNDER, MOORE LOVE ENTERPRISES

HELLO
Hi, I’m Kelly - and I’m so glad you’re here.
A Life of Purpose, A Heart for Service
At the heart of everything I do is a simple truth: I didn’t set out to work in banking — I set out to help people. I’ve always had a heart for service, and every step of my journey has been guided by that calling.
My path began with grassroots financial literacy and community outreach. I saw firsthand how financial knowledge could empower individuals and change lives. That passion led me to a fulfilling career in banking, where I currently serve as a Business and Community Development Officer at cfsbank. My role goes far beyond numbers — it’s about creating meaningful moments for individuals, families, and small businesses as they build toward financial wellness.
In addition to my banking career, I’m also a Certified Personal Financial Counselor, spending much of my time teaching financial literacy across diverse communities. Whether I’m working with students, families, or local organizations, my goal is always the same: to educate, empower, and help people gain the confidence to make informed decisions that shape their lives.
The Heart Behind Moore Love
That same spirit of service is what led me to become a wedding officiant. I’ve always believed in the power of human connection, and officiating gives me the privilege of being part of some of life’s most joyful, transformative moments. I founded Moore Love Enterprises and launched RevMoore.com to offer inclusive, personalized ceremonies that honor love in all its forms.
Whether traditional, non-faith-based, or completely unique, every ceremony I craft is rooted in authenticity, care, and deep respect for each couple’s journey.
What kind of ceremony would truly reflect your love story and values?
Have you ever felt like you had to fit your love into a certain mold…follow certain traditions just because they’re expected? I believe your ceremony should feel like home: authentic, personal, and meaningful to you. Whether it’s spiritual, secular, traditional, or totally unconventional, I create space for your story to be seen and celebrated…exactly as it is.
Love Is Personal
My belief in love isn’t just professional — it’s personal. I met my husband when I was just 15 years old, and we married when I turned 20. This September, we’ll celebrate 30 beautiful years of marriage. Together, we’ve built a life filled with faith, laughter, and love, raising two incredible adult children, Kaitlyn and Cameron, who continue to inspire us every day.
A Love Story That Sparked It All
Their story began in high school with handwritten love notes, bike rides across town, and a Christmas morning proposal. What started as teenage affection blossomed into a lifelong commitment — one that has weathered seasons of change, embraced countless milestones, and continued to evolve with grace, intention, and unwavering love.
Nearly 30 years later, Kelly and Brian have built a life grounded in laughter, faith, and unshakable partnership. Through parenting two incredible children, navigating careers, and sharing both everyday routines and life’s biggest moments, they’ve remained one another’s constant — showing that true love is not just about romance, but about choosing each other over and over again.
Their love is quiet and steady, but powerful — a reminder that the most meaningful relationships are built on friendship, mutual respect, and a shared belief in growing together. It’s this deep connection and intentional love that inspire Kelly’s work today.
Their journey was featured in The Mon Valley Independent, in a beautifully written article by journalist Taylor Brown offering a heartfelt testament to enduring love — the kind that grows deeper with every shared moment. [Read the article]
What does love look like in your world - and how do you want to celebrate it?
Maybe it’s quiet and steady. Maybe it’s bold, passionate, and full of spark. Maybe it’s somewhere in between — a beautiful blend of shared history, deep connection, and everyday moments that matter.
I believe love doesn’t need to fit into anyone else’s mold. There’s no one-size-fits-all version of a “perfect” ceremony — only the one that fits you. Your celebration should reflect your truth, your story, and what makes your relationship unique. Whether it’s a traditional exchange of vows, an unconventional twist, or something that hasn’t been done before, your day deserves to feel like home.
I’m here to help bring that vision to life — with intention, care, and heart.

“Brian would ride his bicycle, rather than drive, from Monroeville to Plum Borough which was almost 16 miles round trip, just to see me and visit for one hour. He stayed with me even though he could only see me one day a week. We wrote love notes and mailed them to each other, and I still have those letters saved to this day.”
A Circle of Strength
Throughout my life and career, I’ve been honored to receive recognition for my work — including being named WIN (Women’s Interactive Network) Woman of the Year and receiving the Brave Women Project’s Encourage Pillar Award. These honors reflect my dedication to community, compassion, and courageous leadership.
But my greatest strength comes from the remarkable circle of women who surround me — women who lift me up, love me fiercely, and allow me to live in my truth. That same unwavering support is what I strive to offer others, whether I’m teaching, mentoring, or standing beside you on your wedding day.
Who’s in your circle - the people who lift you, support you, and remind you of who you are?
I believe we’re strongest when we’re supported, seen, and surrounded by those who encourage us to be our most authentic selves. Just like the women who have stood beside me, I’m here to stand beside you — with strength, compassion, and a deep commitment to honoring your story.

Purpose in Action
Kelly doesn’t just talk about service — she lives it. From community outreach to creative fundraising, she finds meaningful ways to support causes that matter.
One unforgettable moment? Jumping into icy waters during the Polar Plunge, where she helped raise an incredible $16,000 to support the Special Olympics. It’s just one example of how her courage, compassion, and community spirit show up in every part of her life.
My mission is simple: to help people experience meaningful moments, access inclusive services, and feel seen, celebrated, and supported — all with heart, integrity, and purpose.
